Sara Bobone (Research Fellow)

I received my PhD in Chemical Science from the University of Rome Tor Vergata. After a three-year postdoctoral position at the Humboldt University in Berlin, I am currently back in Rome as a research fellow. My research is focused on the study of proteins and bioactive peptides, in model systems and living cells. I am currently working on the development of peptide inhibitors of protein-protein interactions.

Paolo Calligari (Post-doc)

I received my PhD in Biophysics at University “Pierre et Marie Curie” in Paris. I joined Stella’s group after having wandered as a post-doc (ENS Paris, SISSA-Trieste, Univ. Padova). My work combines computational and theoretical methods with experimental ones (QENS, NMR, DLS, etc…) to probe structural and dynamical properties of proteins. I am currently applying multiple computational approaches to characterize the mechanisms of regulation of the phosphatase SHP2.
